All sessions must be booked online using the calendar provided. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking with all the details.
Yes. With the exception of Employer Discovery Calls, all sessions must be prepaid at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and allows me to prepare in advance to support you fully.

You’re welcome to book a follow-up at any time. Unless we make arrangements for ongoing HR support or coaching (retainer), sessions are stand-alone and do not include ongoing support or access outside of the scheduled time.
The session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Please aim to join promptly so we can make the most of our time together. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered missed.
Life happens. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your appointment reminder, sent two days in advance of the appointment. Changes within 24 hours are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiting your session fee.
No. All sessions are final sale and non-refundable. Please book mindfully and choose a time that you’re confident you can attend. If you're unsure whether a session is right for you, feel free to reach out through the CONTACT page with questions before booking.
